seekers, employees or those with other objectives should read carefully
and accept the terms of this Agreement before they become our members.
The Issue of
information
Customers must not
issue any information running counter to the decrees or regulations made
by the People’s Republic of China;
Customers
must not issue ant information unrelated to the job-seeking or position
vacant at
TCSOL
NETWORK;
Customers
must release true and precise information, and
Customers
will be responsible for all the information they supplied.
The use of the
information
Employees can
merely browse the resume of a job- seeker with the purpose of
engagement.;
Job-seekers can
only browse `something about the institution of the job-wanted and the
information of engagement to serve the purpose of being employed;
The
information provided by
TCSOL
NETWORK; is only for the purposed either of finding a job or of hiring
TCSOL, and
It is
imperative to be permitted by TCSOL NETWORK before the information
supplied by us is used to serve business objectives.
Reliability of the
Information
Users ought to verify by themselves the information from
TCSOL NETWORK
before they apply it, and TCSOL NETWORK will not be responsible for the
possible losses caused by the unchecked information misused by the
visitors.
Services and
Membership System
TCSOL NETWORK
will try its utmost to notify the consumers as early as possible of the
major changes whenever they occur. It has, nevertheless, the right to
terminate the free services performed by the Network without advance.
We encourage
people to apply for membership of TCSOL NETWORK after being registered,
but we have the right to refuse an application and even stop the
membership system.
Security and the
Employment of the Registered Information
The TCSOL
NETWORK will manage rigorously the personal data and information of
contacts offered by registered members. TCSOL NETWORK will not leak the
customers’information
to the third party. There are, however, some exceptions, which are as
follows:
Member
request or agree that the third party has the right to browse their
profiles;
Under the demand of the organs executing laws or for the public aims,
the personal data have to be furnished;
The personal information is leaked out thanks to the share with the
third party in the code or account, and
the leak out of the personal information is caused by the attack from
the hackers or the computers affected by virus refuse to work normally
or due to force majeure. |
